Englishman River Watershed Recovery Project The Arrowsmith Watershed Stewardship Team, a subgroup of the Arrowsmith Watersheds Coalition Society, completed its report on the Englishman River Watershed Recovery Project in April of 2003. The team's approach to the Englishman River Watershed Recovery Project was to view all of the land uses in the drainage basin as having an effect on the downstream river environment.
